We know you're just dying to to receiving your package, so we ship Xpresspost via Canada Post for all orders within Canada. For the Montreal area, we use BoxKnight for scheduled evening deliveries! Shipping fees are flat rate $15 across Canada! Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. Orders placed after Noon EST on Fridays and over the weekend will ship the following Monday.
DUE TO CVD-19 EXPECT 5-7 DAY PROCESSING FROM THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. SHIPPING TIMES VARY ACROSS CANADA, EXPECT FURTHER DELAYS WITH CANADA POST, BOXKNIGHT, FEDEX. A TRACKING NUMBER IS AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL BEFORE CONTACTING US.
To maintain the integrity of our products, we cannot, under any circumstances accept returns on beauty products, opened or otherwise.
All clothing, swimwear, accessories and Jewellery is final sale. Please understand with the global pandemic we have a strict return policy for the safety or our clients and staff. Exceptions can be made for unworn and unused (sealed) items however we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee.
If your parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable/unclaimed, you will be charged the return-to-sender fee which is usually the initial shipping cost.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] or (514) 379-1319. After 48 hours we can no longer accommodate your claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, duties and/or any extra courrier charges.
